ServiceNow University shows Blank Page

Hi All,

 

From morning I am trying to open ServiceNow University, but it is showing me Blank Page with a "clock" sign. Is there any downtime going on?

Issue is resolved, Thanks to @Jim Poisson 

This is the response from him - 

Seems to have been a known issue with the Zurich release that is addressed in patch 1 https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2325656

I currently don’t have access to "Now Support," so I’ve tagged Jim in my response to help identify the possible cause of the issue.

I have asked my partner to check the university website - same issue is happening for him.

 

Is it happening for specific location like Bangalore or specific Internet service provider? I don't have access to "Now Support" portal.

 

Please advise on next steps.

Servicenow University cases are not logged via Now Support. you can try to email : nowlearning@servicenow.com

If you have not already, can you the following:

  1. A different browser
  2. private/incognito mode
  3. clearing your browser cache

If none of those work, could you DM me the email of the account you're using. It's not related to your account,  I just need it to get additional support involved.

Already tried these steps, issue still persists. DM(ed) you the email address on Linkedin
