Zurich upgrade issues

Good day!

I started our Zurich upgrade cycle like every other, with a fresh clone and scheduling the upgrade.  Unlike the others after the upgrade finished the Upgrade Monitor displays "Calculating Skipped Changes..." in all of the reports. This went on for over an hour so I closed and restarted my browser and get the same thing.  I opened the upgrade details table list and it is showing over 4k skipped entries.  I ran the preview and it predicted only 143 skips. I've opened a case with Support but since it's a sub-prod instance it's a low priority to them.

Have any of you seen this and if so what was the fix?  I'm 99% sure I'll need to reclone and upgrade but need to know this won't happen during the prod upgrade so I'm waiting to see what they come up with.

Hello -

No suggestions on the actual problem but I am sure support will give the necessary priority should this impact your overall Upgrade Project Timeline.
If you are an Impact Customer you can have access to an Upgrade related accelerator giving you the possibility to test an upgrade in a temp instance before you start in a sub prod.

Did you get this sorted out? Was it due to low resource on the instance or everybody is getting this proble?

Have you faced it in Test instance or any other non-prod instance?

Any other major or noticable issue or experience which you want to share?

I have not gotten this sorted out. No contact in 9 days. I have not yet tried upgrading other non-prod instances
