Hi,

whilst upgrading our Instance from Tokyo to Vancouver, we encountered some skipped updates that we don't know how to handle.

Can anyone tell us what this skipped update could mean? (We have more of the same kind)

and what is sn_vis_bar? can't find a table that is named anything like this...

Thanks

Hi @Moritz Becker1 ,

There can be several reasons for why you get records marked with 'Skipped Error', like for example a system property exists and is only editable by maint or uneditable. Unfortunately the name is a bit confusing as usually 'Skipped' records in upgrade are the ones that have been customized by customers.

You can check for skipped Error, In all most all the Skipped Error cases you will not be able to take any action. it will be read only or show no change found.

While Upgrading we need to focus on Skipped Records as these are the things that has been customized or in simple words someone apart from system, admin or glint maint has made a change to that particular functionality.
