Hi @AlokS,
Typically your instance will need to be N-1 or maybe N-2 to remain in Support. Please keep in mind that the Washington D.C. release was announced on March 20th, 2024.

Hi @AlokS check HI Portal of your instance, Servicenow would have shared all the details regarding EOL and when they will auto upgrade your instance to new version.

Hi @AlokS
SN support N-1 release currently but it doesn't mean Utah is going EOL. SN support but it includes charges and depend on support agreement. Better to reach SN support team to get more clarity.
