Standing up Yokohama HRSD has issues

Hello friends,

 

Is anyone having issues standing up HRSD on Yokohama?   I've tried standing up a new instance for a client twice.  When I got to configure HRSD, it sits and spins.   

 

Steps to recreate.

1.  Stand up a brand-new instance on Yokohama

2.  Install the HRSD plugin Human Resources Scoped App: Core (com.sn_hr_core)

3.  Click "Get Started > Configure" command button.

4.  On the Welcome to Guided Setup, click continue

5.  When the "Home Adoption Service launches on the Guided Setup, it get this message, "Expand any category to view detailed status and related tasks."    (see attached).

 

Troubleshooting:

1.  I've released my PDI twice now

2.  Created two new PDIs on Yokohama from scratch

3.  Repeated the steps 1-5 above

4.  Got the same results twice.    

 

Client is sad b/c they really wanted this release.   What I ended up doing was creating a PDI on a lower version and upgrading it to Yokohama on the 3rd try.   Waiting to see if this works.

I wanted to let you know for a client instance on Xanadu, we are having the same issue withstanding up a brand-new instance of HRSD.

We stood up a brand new instance.

Installed HRSD Core

We are getting this message when trying to configure their HRSD.

 

 

PDI will have something like dev12345 in the URL.

Company instance will have company name (in most cases) in the URL.

 

Try to replicate the issue in company instance and create a support case with ServiceNow at https://support.servicenow.com/

 

Accept the solution and mark as correct if it does.
