Anyone Else seen this after an upgrade?

We don't really use Studio currently.

And we have on-premise install

Are you refeering to PDI? If yes, then it may look like you are upgrading your instance.

I think the problem w/ "Studio" originally in DEV was I didn't go to the store and download the dependencies for it.  And then when I did- I didn't go to "Updates" and look for what needed to be updated. "Studio" now works in DEV!!!
