No Service Now University não consigo concluir a tarefa Tarefa Formulários mesmo apos preencher os campos devidamente.

Make sure you have created the problem with mentioned value in task

Fill out the form:

• Category: Network
• Service: IT Services
• Impact: 2 - Medium
• Urgency: 2 - Medium
• Assignment group: Network
• Problem statement: Unable to connect to network server.
• Description: The department network server seems to be going down multiple times a week and I currently can't connect to it. We would like a more permanent solution.

Then you have created  a favourite for the mentioned Problem record.

You have created the problem by System Administrator  as per your screen shot.

Solution: Please create a problem record with platform user  ( Impersonate) with given values and then save and create favorite as well. 

Then validate. It will work.
