The company logo is missing in the banner after the upgrade

Hi,

 

Our instance was recently upgraded to Yokohama Patch 1. After Upgrade, the logo and the banner text was missing for all the end users. But it is visible to Admin and ITIL users.

 

I have checked all the Basic configuration, Basic configuration UI16, Images and core company table. Everything looks normal. But the logo and text are missing and says "null"

The user is having approver roles along with survey reader and few custom roles

Had the same issue, itil and admin were ok, upon further investigation user_admin could also see the logo so looked at all read/query acls on company_core and added our case base role to them. All our agents either have itil or case base role (sn_esm_agent) so that solved it for us.
