The page you are looking for could not be found when using admin center

Hello All,
I'm trying to use Admin Center and added a report for incidents to the dashboard, but when I click the incident number I get an "The page you are looking for could not be found" error.  Has anyone been able to get this working?

Any solution to this? We face the same issue.
