UI Builder update

When I clicked on update UI Builder I was redirected to login page which says "Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID".

Hi @mohdhasan009

Go to Plugins and try to update it from there. If there are no dependencies, the plugin should update successfully; otherwise, the update may not proceed.

Is it your PDI?

If it is your client instance - You need to login using customer/organization ID.

Thank you for your response. My issue is resolved.

I'm using PDI and updated the UI Builder by navigating to System Definition then Plugins.
