Unable to change the header Background color

Hi Team,

 

Recently we have cloned dev instance, Header background has updated as per prod.

 

I am trying to change the background color in dev.

 

1. Theme is created.

2. Style is created

3. then added my style in my theme

4. I have created a system property and add my theme sys_id in that property value.

 

even after that also header background has not changed.

 

I have followed same steps in my PDI, Header background has changed as per given color code.

 

How to update this?

@Gopal14 have you log out and log in again? if not, please verify once doing it

logout and login also done, still not working

@Gopal14 please follow the below steps:

1. Correct your CSS of step 2 Style is created to "rgb(0,128,0)"

2. Verify the Theme property value whether its contain any space or not.

3. run https://instance.service-now.com/cache.do

4. refresh the browser cntl + shift + R

5. logout and login again.

 Have you tried theme builder ? This is easies way to customize your instance .
