Upgrade - High risk skipped items

Hi All,

We recently upgraded from Vancouver to Xanadu. While working on skipped items, I noticed a few high-risk skipped items.

If I revert back to the base system, will my changes on that record still exist?

@navin14 No, once you revert to base version script will be changed back to OOTB version. There will be another option to merge with base which will keep your custom changes as well as OOTB, however be very cautious, before taking this action you must properly validate both OOTB and custom changes and make sure nothing breaks.

Hi Anantha,

Thanks for the reply.

Even though after merging it, it's showing the same error.

I don't want to loose my customizations so I merged it but even though on the record it show the same,

What should do it?

@navin14 There shouldn't be any issue with that message. Service now usually suggest not to make customizations especially for high risk files but if necessary you can customize it. However as a caution they will display that message. Check below docs for more details.
