Virtual Agent - NLU Training - Error

NLU Intent Training - Virtual Agent - Is broken. While I am trying to train the NLU intent in the Virtual Agent Module. I am getting an error as " The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again." - In the Xanadu Release

Hi @priyankaverneka ,

 

Here is the solution. 

 

  1. Navigate to All
  2. Systems Properties 
  3. Use the for  text search feature & search for " glide.prediction_service.url.prefix" 
  4. Change the value of that property to mlpredictor-test

This will help you to fix the problem, if not let me know.
