Hi All,
We recently upgraded from Vancouver to Xanadu. While working on skipped items, I noticed a few high-risk skipped items.

@navin14 No, once you revert to base version script will be changed back to OOTB version. There will be another option to merge with base which will keep your custom changes as well as OOTB, however be very cautious, before taking this action you must properly validate both OOTB and custom changes and make sure nothing breaks.

Even though after merging it, it's showing the same error.
I don't want to loose my customizations so I merged it but even though on the record it show the same,
Warning: This is a High Risk file that might get updated again in later releases. Revert this record to Base System to reduce conflicts: See comparison
What should do it?
