Upgrade to Washington DC Patch 5 Hot Fix 1

Hello!

 

I've been trying to upgrade my dev instance to Washington DC Patch 5 Hot Fix 1 to test a fix for my company but every time I try to go navigate to the schedule an upgrade it takes me to the login page for now support to enter my credentials. I enter my credentials and I get this page:

I've tried all the methods here to access now support from resetting my password, updating my existing ServiceNow ID

Does a dev instance not have access to now support?

As a ServiceNow customer, your organisation definitely should have access to Support but that needs to be enabled for each individual user, such as yourself. 

Have you tried the option of contacting your organisation's Customer Administrator? They effectively assign this type of access, so that's most likely your best option here.
