upgrading to Zurich upgrade getting the below error "{{ setEmptySearchResultMessage(); }}"

After upgrading the QA instance to Zurich upgrade, getting the below error in the landing page of servcienow

{{ setEmptySearchResultMessage(); }}

Not sure it might be because of "%2F" coming in the URL.
