Revewing the Release notes would require good amount of time and analysis Hence, i was looking for something if someone have already done or upgarded to Yokohama as this is pressing item for me at this minute.

Agreed, mate. And I doubt anyone has the kind of handy notes you're looking for. I'm a content creator myself, and even we go through the release notes thoroughly to build content.
Don't take me the wrong way, but the more you read, the more you’ll understand.
