URGENT: PDI Stuck on 502 Bad Gateway Error

Hello Community,

I am facing a critical issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) and am requesting assistance, as I have a project deadline approaching quickly. I was using my instance just fine and then all of a sudden it logged me out and said "502 Bad Gateway".  I have tried refreshing the instance as well as using different browsers. I really need help please.

Hi @Faty,

 

if you got an email that your PDI is available again, it seems it's a different thing.

 

The 502 error is only temporary (2-5 min in my case) and then it's back again without doing anything, the previous operation is sometimes saved and sometimes lost... when oyu see the 502 error and check your instance's status you will see that it's Refreshing:

Having email that you instance is back might be related to unscheduled maintenance, which is something that happened to me this morning:

Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

 

Clicking the "get notified" will result in receiving the email once it's ready, but for the 502, no emails are sent.

OK, if you recieved an email with 502, then I take it back. I get the error quite often but no email sent to me... 😮
