Visual Task Boards - Metrics

Not really sure which Board this question goes to, but is there a way to get metrics from Visual Task Boards. I'm assigning tasks to my admins, but there's no way to show how many tasks are assigned to each admin. I'd like to try to keep the tasks balanced for all my admins, but I can't find a way to pull these metrics on the platform so I'm having to count each one for each admin and record them on a spreadsheet.

Is it a freeform VTB or data driven VTB that you have? If it's a freeform VTB you should look at the related list "Visual taskboard lanes". If it's a data driven, then you should look at the lane field selection.

both can be set if you open the VTB from vtb_board.list.

yes, its FREEFORM VTB, looking at the "visual taskboard lanes" - is this the same ask the "swimlanes"? also this will give me the metrics I am looking for?
