What are the Washington DC new or modified features for business users and end users and ITIL users

Hi,

I would like to the new or modified features for business users like ITIL or scrum users or portal or End users in Washington DC release in ITSM, HRSD, SPM, Now platform.

I listed few of them like,

 "save as draft" button on catalog items in portal

Language and region under User preferences
keyboard shortcuts as per your role

There are very less updates for business user in D.C. release, but if you go through you may get more idea.
