Hello experts,
When i checked on the definition of the two resolution details on the servicenow documentation,
it seems same to me that it won't have have any changes on the skipped record.
Does any of you have any idea or how do you expound the differences between the two?
For example if no difference is found- do i just tagged is as reviewed,
or for example I want to retain my customized record do I just tagged it as review and retained?
Regards,
Vaine

Hi,
Please check below details regarding skip review records-
- Reviewed: Records which have been reviewed and no action has been taken yet.
- Reviewed and Retained: Records which have been reviewed and have retained the updates from the latest upgrade.
Thanks,
Dhananjay.

Hi @Rain Vaine
both the approaches are mostly similar to each in skipped records, this is always confusing what to choose. Reviewed or Reviewed and retained. Here i explain both terms for better understanding.
Reviewed: This status or action usually implies that a record or piece of data has been manually checked or audited by a user or an automated process.for example, a “reviewed” record is one that has been examined for accuracy, completeness, or relevance before being further processed or accepted into the system.
Reviewed and Retained: This term can refer to records that have been reviewed and then decided to be kept or preserved in the system for some purpose. In data import scenarios, after review, certain records might be marked as “retain” indicating that, despite any issues or anomalies found during review, they are still considered valuable and should be kept in the dataset or system.
if no difference is found- just tagged as reviewed,
Please Mark this Helpful and Accepted Solution. If this Helps you to understand. This will help both the community and me..
