On the developer site it shows that Xanadu Patch 1 is available but when I trigger the upgrade and wait for it to finish, the instance does not show that it has been upgraded and remains in Patch 0.

I was able to get around this issue by allowing the instance to expire and then request a new instance with the latest release. Of course, if you have any changes that you need to keep then back up the changes into update sets before releasing the old instance.

Hi @Ben Benjamin ,
You are not alone 😂, it's a known issue unfortunately. We can't do anything as PDI support is not available from Servicenow.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Thank you for your response.
If this is a known issue, then has there been any communication from ServiceNow about it? and if so, where should I find such communication?

@Community Alums ,
I get the "no support" part but since you mentioned that it was a "known issue", then I had assumed that there was a blog post out there that I was not aware of.
Well, this policy of ServiceNow has to change. Why offer a service if you are not willing to support it? 😞
