Xanadu Release Notes

We received an upgrade notification that we are required to upgrade to Washington DC due to the Xanadu release in Sept 2024. However, we have decided to upgrade to Xanadu, but there are no release notes to be found. Does anyone know when these release notes will be published?

There are FAQs on this KB but that also doesnt say anything new.
