Zurich Upgrade Issue - Unable to create New story. Any one has any issues?

Hi Everyone,

 

After upgrading to Zurich, patch4-hotfix3b-01-17-2026, we are unable to create a new story (rm_story) in SPM / ITBM . Project and Portfolio Management module?

 

Did any one faced a similar issue? How did you get it fixed?

 

I am already in follow-up with ServiceNow Case, but it is getting delay. Just want to check, if any one has solutions here?

Try repair else log a case with Now Support mate.

Hi @santoshkomerave 

 

 Run  cache.do  in the filter navigator to remove potential issues with old metadata from the previous version.

 

Then Try.

 

If still the problem persists, Try to Check Create ACL on rm_story and check whether you have same ACL role

 

If everything looks fine,

 

Go for plugin(com.snc.sdlc.agile.2.0) repair

 

and Try.
