If you are prototyping EC Pro experiences and want to explore the Mega Menu capability, grab the latest update to drop the component into your desktop and mobile screens. This is a great to explore styling the menu, but more importantly to collaborate with stakeholders on your taxonomy and topic choices.

 

Use the component to get user and stakeholder feedback on the top level names for your topics and sub topics. Address this feedback to ensure your users are able to easily navigate to the content they need.

 

**NEW** Conversational Interfaces libraries

We're expanding our library of ecosystems by adding Conversational Interfaces to the mix. This will allow you to explore conversations both in the agent experience (workspaces) and for end users (via portal). This component library includes all the atomic elements needed to prototype conversations using live chat, virtual agent, and Now Assist. Create conversational UIs to get feedback from stakeholders, aid requirements gathering, and run usability studies on the experience.
