After 2 months of work synthesizing all the contestant information from the Best Employee Portal Contest, we are excited to release the Best Employee Portal Summer Report!

In this report we distill some of the leading behaviors, decisions, and outcomes that our contestants used to deliver great employee experiences with ServiceNow.

Take the time to review the table of contents and jump to the areas that will help your team find success with your employee experience projects.

As a UX professional, I was most interested in how our customers engaged with their users before, during, and after the implementation of their portal. All of the top entries included user interviews, focus groups, surveys to help plan their projects. From there, they often conducted usability studies on the experience and ensured that negative feedback was addressed in the backlog. Within the portal itself, they emphasized feedback loops for all site visitors as well as after requests were fulfilled.

After you read the report, we'd love to hear what was the most interesting insight you found?
