We are embarking on a journey to define how a user-centric mindset should be part of every ServiceNow implementation. With that in mind, we are partnering with our Leading Practices organization to add UX activities into the Now Create success packs. These success packs offer step-by-step delivery guidance based on real-world experiences and proven leading practices, to perform digital transformations relying on the expertise of thousands of successful implementations.
Defining the role
The first step is defining a new role in the Roles & Responsibilities Guide for the User Experience Lead, a supporting role on the implementation team.
This person will show up as the (R)esponsible or (A)ccountable person in the RACI for most of the UX activities we are adding over the next several months.
Assessing your readiness
The first UX activity in Now Create focuses on your project team's readiness to tackle the user experiences. We recommend teams take the From the Experts: User Experience on ServiceNow course and review few other resources. After that, the team can complete the UX Readiness Checklist to see what activities are critical for the project's experience success.

Feedback requested
We'd love your feedback in the comments on the addition of UX to Now Create. Stay tuned for more updates as we augment Now Create with the UX activities that will up-level the user satisfaction and delight with your ServiceNow implementations.
