ServiceNow's Experience (EX) Team is excited to be hosting the User Experience Academy track at Knowledge 2023 in Las Vegas, NV May 16-18th. Knowledge attendees will have the opportunity to learn from ServiceNow's experience experts on the methods and leading practices we follow to deliver great products.

 

These sessions will provide attendees with the tools to deliver great experiences as they implement ServiceNow's products and solutions.

 

Most of our timed session are available in the Knowledge23 Agenda Builder

 

A few highlights

  • The User Experience Academy will be located on the Expo floor in the Accelerate Value zone, just outside the keynote theater.
  • In the Academy, we will have four Ask Experience Expert pods, a Methods Studio for hands-on workshops, and daily Drive-By activities.
  • In addition, attendees can join us in the Expo theaters for five Customer UX Conversations  exploring our customers inclusion of User Experience in their delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • And for those who want a deeper dive into subject areas, there will be four 100-min hands-on labs in the breakout rooms.

Methods Studio
