Assessments generated is not visible to Demand managers

Hi Everyone, 

 

I have created a demand as a demand manager. When the user moves the demand for screening, the surveys created are not showing in the "Assessment Instance" related list.

Hi @sanjaygandh ,

 

Are you referring to "Demand" assessment? if so,

 1)Check if the assessment has already been triggered and is not linked to the demand in the "asmt_assessment_instance" table

2) check this BR, this controls the assessment creation logic - "Create OnDemand Assessment" on "dmn_demand" table

3)verify assessment metric condition here - this determines which records are eligible for assessment based on the trigger

Hi Hemanth, 

The demand is in screening phase, and the assessments are also generated. 

As an Admin, the assessments can be seen under the "Assessment Instances" related list, but when impersonated as the associated demand manager, this are hidden.
