for client scripts making setdisplay false is not working as expected in RITM fullfiller view. is there any other solution apart from setdisplay false?

Even i am having the same issue. 2 Emails are getting triggered for request item cancellation one is sent and one is send-ignored. but i didn't find onafter business rule having current.update(); what may the problem? can anyone help???
