Hi Oliver13, You need to use a template and in that template, set the State to "Ready". Child Cases (or any other HR Tasks) will only be generated when the parent Case is in Ready, not Draft.

Hi Pradeep, Thanks for the answer. However, it doesn't solve the issue in the portal, since you can't press the Submit button. See here an example in my dev instance: I will check whether it's an UI action that needs to be changed, the widget itself...
