Activity stream of the service portal approval form should be editable for end user

Activity stream of the service portal approval form should be editable for end user who is approving the request

I tried by giving "sn_request_comments_write" role to end user -> NOT Worked

But if we are giving "itil" role to end user it is Working fine

ITIL role cannot be given to end user, how to solve the issue

Hello @ShubhiSharm 

Please check page roles and widget level roles .what roles you are give to the widget and also please check the user criteria
