How to add knowledge articles to VA chat in servicenow

not able to find the search knowledge base topic in my instance

Please open Virtual agent designer, please search  "Search Knowledge base (Template)"

@Roshini - Can you test from the service portal or Employee center portal where you have enabled bot. Please make sure topic is active and publish.

and check weather you have enabled NLU intents and utterance Keywords as well as you are giving prompt.
