I would like to know how I can have the emails that I send and receive here, on the additional comments be update on in here, like the when its update when I assigned to somebody to the request, or when the state changes. email sent/receiving It's not updating it on the activity

this article is to get this in the native UI (backend), but perhaps it will be applicable for SOW as well.

Not tested, no guarantee..
Getting the email to show up in the activity log
