Agent Assist Service Operations Workspace

When viewing an incident in the Service Operations workspace, you can select agent assist and attach a KB article once this is selected you are prompted with the attach article modal. I am trying to find out where this is configured as I am wanting to add a tickbox for work notes ,so that this can be added to the work notes of the incident as opposed to the comments. I have looked into the table configuration of Agent Assist [incident]
