Hi All,
There is one requirement to create report for agent availability marked in 'Service Operation Workspace'.
We need engineer availability report based on the following criteria.
- Assignment group
- Time available on daily basis
- Average availability on monthly basis
Please let us know, if there is any possibility to achieve this.
