Hi,
We have enabled Agent Chat on our portal by installing the plugin 'Agent Chat' without deploying virtual agent.
We got the requirement to change a number of messages while interacting with the agent. Changed all of them except for below:
'Agent has joined'
'Agent has ended the conversation'
Could not find those messages anywhere. Searched on Agent Chat settings, system messages, widgets, business rules and script includes.
Could anyone please assist?
