Hi,
Context:
- We are using scripted control indicators for several of our control objectives.
- However, this is of course limited to what JavaScript can do within the ServiceNow platform.
- Now, we are exploring the possibilities of AI Agents which will clearly be more flexible, and more powerful than JavaScript scripted indicators (including the ability to work on external platforms)
My question is:
- Should AI Agents replace the need for control indicators ?
- Or, should AI Agents be used within the Control Indicator framework (i.e. an indicator is scheduled, and upon run-date, the indicator executes an AI agent).
Any experience or thoughts on this ?
