Can we trigger the email from ServiceNow Support Portal to our team/team members? I want to know the process like how to create the report and send to end user.
I'm having access to schedule the patches upgrade in ServiceNow portal for my instances and my team member is having just to view the portal i.e., Instance patching dashboard but not able to schedule the patch. I want to send the email contains patch details report to my team.

You need to check with ServiceNow if this can be done.
