All catalogs are not visible

Hi All,

All of sudden all catalog items are not visible sc_cat_item table, only 10 to 15 records visible and total count not showing , no security error and in that page no buttons working like personalize list or change view ect.

Is this happening for Admins?

Check if there are any Query Business rules created for that table.

Check if there are any User Criteria's created or updated recently and added to catalogs Items

Is this happening for Admins? Yes, items showing are different for each admins

Check if there are any Query Business rules created for that table.: 2 there and they created in 2013

Check if there are any User Criteria's created or updated recently and added to catalogs Items : No last updated is 2 months back.. we facing issue from today.

Looks like user criteria issue to me.

Identify one of the catalog items that is behaving different for different users, and see if there are any user criteria's added to them (Available For / Not Available for)

But its issue with admin , when we check at table level like in Maintain item module.

for end users its working fine and all catalog visible as per user criteria
