All catalogs are not visible

Hi All,

 

All of sudden all catalog items are not visible sc_cat_item table, only 10 to 15 records visible and total count not showing , no security error and in that page no buttons working like personalize list or change view ect.

USer Criteria can impact there also

You can use User Criteria Diagnostics to test it as shown in screenshot below

You can narrow down on the issue with this. this will show if USer criteria is the culprit or not.

did check in User Criteria Diagnostics, it shows user has access to view
