Alphabetize Configuration item

I want configuration item in alphabetical order. Is there any way to do that?

Could you please clarify where you want the Configuration Item to be displayed in alphabetical order?
Is it in the list view, a reference field, or any other place?

It's a reference field on incident form

Hi @Nisha Mishra23 ,

1. Go to All → Dictionary

2. Search for:

   • Table: incident

   • Column: cmdb_ci

3. Open the record and in the Reference qualifier field, add: ORDERBYname

4. If there’s already a qualifier present, just append this to the end: ^ORDERBYname 

This will sort all CI records A to Z by name in the lookup and type-ahead search.
