Alphabetize Configuration item

I want configuration item in alphabetical order. Is there any way to do that?

You can also use ref_sequence=field_name; in the attributes of dictionary.

You can simply add ORDERBYname in the Advanced Reference Qualifier.
This will ensure that all records in the reference lookup are automatically sorted by the Name field.

You can also check this   "ref_ac_order_by" dictionary attribute.

Check this one .

Hi @Nisha Mishra23 ,

Open the Configuration item table, move the cursor to the name column, you will see 3 dots, there click the sort a-z option, now you can see your Ci in alphabetic order.
