I'm trying to set up some small talk to give the VA some personality, and cover when the users try to go straight to a agent. We have "Ask user if topic VA chose is correct" turned on, because we want that for normal topic flows, but if users say Hello after the greeting, I want it to go straight into the Hello Small Talk without checking. Is there any way to do this?
