Team ,
one of requester raised a concern, whenever he tries to approve any RITM from email
he is not able to approve the link is connecting with some other catalog page
How do i fix this ? where to go and what to check , can someone please guide me ?

Hi
Please check the Notification sent in "sys_email" table and find out this email, then check the notification record which was used.
Check the Notification content and any email scripts
