Approval tab is not visible for non itil users in sevicenow portal

Hi Team,

 

Approval tab is not visible for non itil users in "My Items" under "To-Dos" in ServiceNow portal. These users are having approver_user role.

 

For other user who are having approver_user and ITIL role, they are able to view the approval tab.

Could you please help on this to fix.
