approve and reject button is not visible in the workspace

Hi All,

 

approve and reject button is not visible in the workspace while taking the ticket in the PDI workspace.

Can anyone help me

Hi @chandan86patra ,

 

Whenever the live chat has initiated to proceed further you can see the approve or reject button, If I'm not wrong. Can you try rasing a live chat discussion?

Hi @chandan86patra ,

 

Whenever live chat is initiated from the portal to proceed further you can see approve or reject buttons. for existing records, you can't see the buttons as per my understanding. Can you check by raising a new live chat? Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
