ATF- how to resolve conflicts on change request record creation

on my ATF test how to resolve  conflicts on normal change request I already set recommended dates for the start and end planned date but it does not change the conflict status from conflict value which is happing on ATF test but working on normal process

Out of the box if you do not have the CI field set it will not run the conflict. Make sure you ATF test has the confutation item field set to something.

@Brian Lancaster  yes I already set but not working plus because of the conflict status value it does not proceed to the next step of my test instead it jumps the Authorize  and move to schedule so the process like in between can not be tested because of the conflict
