Attach completed SLA directly to the incident

Hi,

 

Attach completed SLA directly to the incident using retroactive start time will calculate.

 

for EX: incident is created on 16:30, after 30 mins assignment group changes then SLA should attach and stage is complete and Business elapsed time is 30 mins......

 

Can anyone please help me on this how to achieve.

your description doesn't make any sense. What is it that you would like to capture? What is the business requirement? Is it the reassignment time?
