Hi Team,
I've created the notification when an Incident receives email notification to the assigned to user. Now I'm also looking for attach the email received on the Notification I'm sending that user. Can anyone suggest how to attach that received email.
Sending Notification is configured as below.
- Created Inboud Email action with Reply Option selected and push the event (incident.mail_update) to event queue
- Trigger the notification once the event (incident.mail_update) fired.
- Email should contain the email received??
